Lance and Karen Kenmore built the Kenmore Team from the ground up, starting as a two-person operation and growing it into a full-service real estate firm of more than 30 team members serving Richland, Kennewick, Pasco, and the greater Tri-Cities area. From the beginning, their approach has been rooted in continuous learning, innovation, hard work, and finding better ways to serve their clients.
Today, Lance serves as Designated Broker and Karen as Operations Director, leading a team that handles residential real estate, new construction, luxury homes, relocation, property management, and construction services. After decades in the industry, their philosophy remains simple: real estate is about more than transactions — it’s about relationships, honest communication, and earning trust one client at a time.
